Choose the option that works best for you:
- A 5% discount is given when you take care of your total charges on the day of service with cash or check. This discount cannot be given when you pay with a credit card or debit card.
- We do accept Master Card or Visa credit cards. We do not accept Discover or American Express.
- We do accept most insurance plans, however, we are not a South Dakota Medicaid Provider. If you have insurance, your total co-payment is required on the day your treatment is charged out.
- Monthly Payments - We offer six or 12 month "no interest" financing through Wells Fargo to qualifying borrowers. Wells Fargo also offers extended financing plans at varying interest rates. If interested in these options, please ask us for an application and we will process it for you. You must complete application and be approved prior to treatment.
